Crew Note:
F/O Costa Markos (P) - Flew on fourteen credited missions with the Lt Homer P. Bailie Crew between 19 May 1944 and 18 June 1944 and three missions with three other Pilots on 21, 22 and 24 June 1944. Upgraded from CoPilot to Pilot on orders dated 25 June 1944 and first mission as 1st Pilot on 29 June 1944. Flew on 9 credited missions as 1st Pilot with four different CoPilots - Three with F/O Cecil M. Miller and three with 2Lt Roman P. Charnick. The original F/O Markos crew flew on three credited missions together (194, 195, 198). On 29 July 1944 F/O Markos resumed flying as CoPilot for his final six missions with three different Pilots (211, 214, 215, 216, 217, 218, 220) - Four with 1Lt John H. Baker as Pilot. Completd his combat tour of 32 credited missions on 5 August 1944.
